Dear Yogi Friends,

The sound of crickets, shorter days, and crisp air - signal our shift to the Fall season and the wondrous changes in nature that brings.  No better time to start anew with a yoga practice!

Our Fall Yoga Series begins Monday, September 9th, 6PM and runs continuously through Monday, November 25th, 2024.
Available in-studio and concurrently on-line via Zoom

Suitable for all levels, including "This is my first yoga class!"

When: Every Monday, 6PM-7PM beginning September 9th.

Costs:
In studio 10-class pass: $120
Virtual on-line 10-class pass: $80
Any single class: $15
